HR Analytics Director
Our client, a leading financial institution with a global presence in 50 countries, is seeking an HR Analytics Director for the US and global population of their most successful division. This role will require someone with experience working in mid to large matrix corporations, translating data into action for senior stakeholders and providing recommendations.
The firm’s ideal hire will have well developed professional interpersonal skills, and strong client service and communication skills (written and verbal). Reporting to the Head of People Analytics, well-aligned candidates will possess about 8 or more years in Talent and People Analytics, specifically in Financial Services or Wealth Management, and have spent some of those years managing a team, ideally. The environment is one in which a strategic thinker will be able to make a very visible impact and enjoy significant autonomy to do the work that they truly enjoy doing. Superior time management and organizational skills, and the ability to partner and influence across Human Resources staff to senior-level personnel are essential.
The role will require 1-2 days in the office in Hudson County, NJ (easily accessible by public transport from Manhattan, and North and Central NJ). One can also split time with the Midtown, NYC office as well.
