HR Analytics Manager
Frazer Jones is pleased to be partnering with a global professional services firm who are seeking a HR Analytics Manager to join their firm on a 12 month fixed contract basis. Established over 200 years ago, this is a reputable organisation that is growing their HR analytics offering to the business. You’ll take a lead on all people data and reporting matters for their EMEA region and partner closely with counterparts in other regions. Using Success Factors and various other reporting tools such as PowerBI, you’ll be tasked with identifying trends and presenting your insights to key stakeholders across the company. You’ll be required to deliver on regular and scheduled reporting requirements but also bring ideas to the table and create new reports and insights for the business that will help with its performance and growth. The role will involve plenty of project work and engaging with senior management to improve data usage and processes across the company.
To be considered for this role you must have an analytical mindset and be passionate about working with data and creating insights. The right candidate will have at least 4 years experience working in HR/People analytics roles for global organisations. You must have effective communication skills and be confident presenting to senior stakeholders and influencing senior management. You must have PowerBI experience and it’s a bonus if you have working knowledge of Success Factors system. You must be an ideas person with effective problem-solving skills. You will be rewarded with a competitive salary up to £70k plus benefits. You must be available on short notice and be happy completing a 12 month role.
