Our client is a global hedge fund experiencing significant growth and strong investment in their US based business. Their expanding HR team is looking to add an HR Analytics Manager/VP to lead the development of their people metrics capability. This role will be based in their NYC Midtown office with a 4 day in office model.

This role will be charged with creating and rolling out the firm’s first true, global HR reporting. Having recently implemented Workday, the firm is seeking solid experience with Workday reporting, and ideally experience with implementation of the system. Experience in a large, best practices, global firm is sought, along with advanced excel, Powerpoint and preferably experience with other sophisticated analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
