We are pleased to be collaborating with a highly decorated Wealth Management firm to appoint an Anaplan Consultant into their Human Resources (HR) Technology team. Cognisant of the manifold transitions taking place around the world (e.g. elevated valuations, very low real interest rates, record high public debt levels, persistent inflationary and geopolitical pressures), the client has devised various strategies to tackle these challenges, with digital transitions a key approach. Hence, they are looking for a strategic HR practitioner who can invigorate extant HR system tools to both achieve operational efficiency as well as to ensure that optimal employee experience continues to be upheld. This role is based in Singapore.

Reporting into the Group Head of HR Technology, the successful individual will be part of a team fundamentally responsible for enabling and improving HR processes through technological means (primarily SAP Successfactors and Anaplan). This means proactively partnering colleagues working across the different HR functions to understand extant needs, identify gaps, gather design requirements etc. Key deliverables/projects would involve building/improving planning models for compensation planning, workforce planning, and other resource planning, using Anaplan or other tools. Conversely, you will articulate relevant topics to the Information Technology (IT) teams to propose and implement solutions to enhance associated workflows, including subsequent user testings and trainings. Put simply, this role involves a commitment towards continuous improvements as well as translating between HR and technological needs.

We are looking for a proven Anaplan practitioner with at least four years of modeling and/or end-to-end implementations experience, either inhouse or as an external consultant. Knowledge of other planning tools such as Adaptive or Planful will also be considered. Aside from possessing the technical know-hows, you should possess a good understanding of the HR domain in order to successfully understand business/user needs. Individuals who likewise demonstrate a strong desire to challenge the status quo through enhancement works and resource planning experience will be highly favoured.
