This leading organisation within the education sector are looking for an HR & Governance Coordinator to join their high-performing team on a permanent basis.
You will take full responsibility for maintaining staff files, managing the induction process for new starters, conducting all exit interviews, and being the first point of contact for all HR queries and issues. This will allow you to work autonomously and gain great exposure into HR.
You will also support and lead on strategies for development and growth within the organisation, particularly when it comes to compliance procedures and diversity measures. You will be responsible for the staff engagement survey, being able to utilise the results and ensure a positive impact. This will allow you to take ownership of your role and input your own ideas as to how practices can be improved.
Your involvement with recruitment, learning & development, and employee relations will give you a fantastic insight into HR and allow you to gain great exposure into each of these fields. As well as this, you will be tasked with supporting the Board and committees with events and meetings. This will allow you to branch out into the Governance side of the organisation and really broaden your network.
Due to this role being within the education sector, you will also engage in student projects and activities. This will give you the chance to immerse yourself in the education environment and build relationships with some really interesting stakeholders.
I am looking to speak with experienced HR Administrators who have a good understanding of employment law and have worked in customer-focused environments.
