We have partnered with a growing international real estate and property management company looking to add a motivated and pro-active HR Manager to their Amsterdam office. They offer a great working environment and the opportunity to grow and develop your strengths.
This is a part-time role for four days per week.
Main tasks and Responsibilities
You will be able to use your HR creative and strategic skills to develop the HR framework for the European entity (for example KPI, travel and car allowance, and IT security) and will become a trusted partner to colleagues and management.
As a true Generalist, you will take the lead in recruitment, onboarding and exit processes, performance reviews, payroll, and you will keep an updated overview of all employees' administration.
You will be the first point of contact for employees in the Netherlands and Germany for all HR and payroll matters.
5-7 years of HR experience.
It is important that you speak a proficient level of German to be able to communicate with your colleagues in the Cologne and Munich offices. A fluent level of English is essential and a good level of Dutch would be preferred.
You are a true multitasking master who is not afraid of operational tasks.
