Part-Time HR and Payroll Officer
A leading International Investment Management firm is looking to recruit a Part-Time HR & Payroll Officer working 3 days a week, based in their London office to work as an important member of the team where they will deliver an effective and efficient delivery of HR Services to UK based teams.
Working in partnership with the other UK based HR team members you will manage the day to day operational and administrative tasks whilst being the first point of contact for all internal and external HR queries. You will be key in the production of employment contracts and contract changes, assisting with HR generalist activities along the employee lifecycle. You will also manage monthly payroll changes whilst managing payroll related employee queries ensuring that issues raised are addressed or escalated as appropriate.
To be successful within this role you will demonstrable delivery in a HR environment ideally within a professional or financial services environment. You will need to operate at speed and deliver results in a timely manner whilst being able to prioritise a large and ever-changing workload. The role is mostly focussed on Generalist HR activities, however the Firm is looking for someone who is CIPD qualified and who has strong experience with payroll as this will take up a third of your responsibilities
