The HR Assistant in London is responsible for overseeing the timely and accurate delivery of administrative tasks in relation to key people advisory activities as well as supporting the delivery of key strategic people objectives. Supporting the HR Business Partner team in London, you will provide timely, effective administrative level support to all key employee lifecycle processes in London and will report to the Head of HR, London.
Your responsibilities as an HR Assistant will consist of:
- Recruitment & onboarding
- Employee Relations
- On and Offboarding
- General HR administration duties
- Employee Engagement
- Learning and Development
Requirements for an HR Assistant:
- 1+ years' experience of working as a generalist
- Degree level educated (or equivalent)
- Accuracy and attention to detail
