HR Assistant
Frazer Jones are partnering with a leading corporate and investment bank, the business offers a wide range of integrated capital markets products and services. With more than 6,500 professionals operating out of 40 cities across the globe, the organisation helps clients meet their needs today and prepare for tomorrow. My client are looking to build out their HR team in London by hiring an HR Assistant on a permanent basis who’s driven, thrives in a team environment and has workday experience.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Work closely with HR stakeholders and associated teams (i.e. Payroll, HR Business Partners) in order to process employee lifecycle transactions
- Initiate and manage HR administration processes for all lifecycle transactions (joiners, transfers, terminations and leave of absence)
- Produce status reports for onboarding and
- Manage employment agreements for front and back-office functions
- Processing employment references (regulated and standard)
- Managing the contingent workers end to end
- Managing Fixed Term contract end dates
- Monitor HR mailbox and resolve queries appropriately
- Adhoc projects and HR operations activities as required
Skills and Experience
- Experience of HR administration or shared services environment
- Workday experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
