I am currently working alongside a rapidly expanding digital printing and storage business who are looking for a HR Assistant to join their team. Working closely with the HR Manager, you will be given the opportunity to get hands on with a wide variety of HR responsibilities and play a key role in the growth and development of the business.
As well as acting as the first point of contact for the organisation, you will be involved with onboarding and offboarding and the management of employee contracts, DBS checks and offer letters. You will also assist with recruitment across the business and will further get the opportunity to get involved in Employee Relations cases.
The ideal candidate will have had 1-2 years experience and will also be comfortable operating autonomously. They should also have excellent attention to detail and be able to work a fast paced but collaborative and sociable environment.
This role is based in Central London and is paying approximately £24,000.
