Our client is a UK-based professional services MNC with a base in Singapore. The team is personable, friendly, resourceful and fast-paced. You will be working collaboratively with the Regional HR Manager and the leading experts in the industry.
About the Role
Upon an internal promotion, the client is keen on having a new HR Assistant on board to support their daily operations.
You will be supporting the full employment life cycle. Responsibilities include onboarding, offboarding, payroll, managing internship programme, recruitment, and handling administrative needs across the HR function e.g. work pass application, generating contracts, etc.
The ideal candidate will be meticulous, switched on, a good team player who will be able to cope with last-minute changes in a fast-paced environment.
Essential: Prior HR administration experience highly preferred. Experience in handling Payroll is advantageous.
