We are delighted to work with an expanding law firm to recruit a permanent HR Assistant to be based in Manchester following an internal promotion.
You will be responsible for supporting HR Business Partners and conducting all administrative tasks relating to this particular business area. These tasks and responsibilities will cover the entire employee lifecycle including starters, inductions, leavers, probations, promotions, HR reporting, payroll, reward/benefits, policy updates and HR database management. You will build strong working relationships with the HR team and wider business to understand processes and ways of working.
This is a great opportunity for a strong HR Administrator or Assistant looking to establish a career and generalist HR foundations in a growing, professional organisation. This opportunity would suit someone highly organised, professional and someone comfortable working independently. You do not need to have experience in all of the above areas in order to be successful in your application but you will need a background in HR Administration and a passion to deliver an excellent service to the business.
