I have partnered with a prestigious and family-owned spirits organisation, in their search for an HR Assistant. This is a permanent position in SW London, paying £25-28,000.
As an HR Assistant, you will be part of the wider HR team which includes the Head of HR, HR Business Partner, and two people in recruitment. This will allow you to gain more exposure to HR processes and be part of a fast-paced HR function.
This is an exciting time to join, as they are looking to expand internationally. This will allow you to support with recruitment, onboarding, training, and your visibility to employees around the world.
Additionally, you will gain more exposure in other aspects of HR such as payroll and employee relations which will be a great way to develop your generalist HR experience, and eventually move away from administration.
I am looking to speak with experienced HR professionals who understand what it's like being in a fast growing international organisation. An understanding of the spirits industry is desirable but not essential.
