HR Assistant
Frazer Jones have partnered with growing organisation in the West Midlands to hire an HR Assistant to join their team. This is an amazing opportunity to work in a true generalist role, whereby you have a high level of autonomy and responsibility. The salary for this position is £25,000-£30,000 per annum.
You will have the opportunity to be exposed to all elements of the employee lifecycle and duties will include:
- Recruitment- managing the interview process and collating offer packs, issuing contracts and managing pre-employment processes.
- New Starters & Onboarding – managing the new starter process and setting up joiners on the systems, adding them onto the payroll.
- Training & Development- booking staff in for training courses and exams, ensuring
- Systems -ensuring the HR system is up to date and that all personal files and data is managed correctly, logging absence, sickness
- First line of response for all HR queries
Necessary skills
- High level of tenacity and a ‘can do’ attitude; A strong thinker with an enquiring mind, prepared to challenge the status quo.
- An experienced HR Administrator comfortable with high levels and volume of administration (as this business is in fast growth mode there is a huge focus on recruitment and associated processes).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ideally someone who has either begun their CIPD Qualifications, or interested in studying which this business will support.
