Our client is an international law firm based in Singapore. As a HR Assistant, you will be joining a rewarding and fast-paced environment and work closely with leading professionals in the industry.
Your main duties as a HR Assistant / Generalist will include managing HR operations end to end, providing consultative advice to internal stakeholders regarding new policies, HR processes and general guidance. You should be able to communicate effectively with senior management and have a proactive and consultative approach whilst building long standing relationships with internal stakeholders within the business. You will also support with ad-hoc HR projects on top of your broad HR generalist role.
Essential: You should have previous HR Generalist experience (e.g. HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, HR Administrator level) in an international professional services firm with hands on experience dealing with senior stakeholders and supporting HR projects. You should enjoy taking on multiple responsibilities whilst working for a fast-paced and highly collaborative HR team that offers you the opportunity for continued growth.
