HR Assistant (L&D)
Our client is looking for a reliable and task-focused HR Assistant. The HR Assistant will work directly with C-level executives and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Duties include:
* Provide support with all HR administration tasks
* Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
* Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
* Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
* Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients
* Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
* Develop and sustain a level of professionalism
Key Skills and Experience:
* Bachelor’s Degree (ideally in Human Resources)
* 1+ years of previous administrative support experience (ideally out of financial or professional services)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint)
* Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
* Exceptional interpersonal skills
* Friendly and professional demeanor
