Our client, a global real estate company, is looking for a detail-oriented, "roll-up-your-sleeves" HR Associate to join their growing team. This leader will manage many aspects of the HR lifecycle such as performance management, compensation management (annual merit and bonus review cycles), partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, including defining roles, recruiting strategy, and participating in the interview process. Additionally, this individual will provide consultation and advice on a variety of employee relations, labor relations (union), and HR issues. Ideally, this HR professional will come from large, best-in-class organizations and have a minimum of 4 years of experience.
