HR Associate (Talent Acquisition)
The HR Associate (Talent Acquisition) will provide support across the global business with a focus on recruitment coordination and the administrative aspects of the talent-focused areas of the Human Resources department. A strong attention to detail and a desire to support a fast-paced business with competing deadlines and heavy calendar coordination is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, team playing ability, and comfort playing a support role are also critical. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling interviews in support of the recruiting team across all departments and regions. Additionally, you will provide administrative and coordination support related to executing the Summer Associate program including, but not limited to, schedule candidate interviews, coordinating summer programming, and administrating onboarding and other associated documentation. We are seeking someone highly organized, detail-oriented and deadline driven. Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service with a high level of professionalism are needed.
