My client is a regulatory body that operates across the UK providing expert advice to over 850 associates and employees and supports, promotes and sets standards within its field. They are looking to appoint a HR Business Partner to join the HR team and support the Associate client group.
This role will lead and facilitate all activities across the Associate lifecycle and ensure consistency and efficiency across the organisation whilst promoting positive and collaborative relationships between the business and the Associates. The client group in this role is c.500 of contracted associates covering a range of fields that support the regulator with its work.
The focus of this role is to take full ownership and partner closely with the client group to develop and maintain the standards and tools to improve performance, development and ensure they have expert HR advice on all HR matters. Within this role you are the first point of call for HR and will represent the regulators high level of standards and objectives and maintain these throughout all recruitment, induction and engagement strategies. This role will support Recruitment campaigns working with the In-house function but leading on compliance and onboarding for the associates.
You will be the pivotal link between the HR team within the regulator and the associates maintain policy and procedures relevant to the contractors but inline with the regulators standards, supporting on whole organisational projects and be a subject matter expert on the associates needs. This role sees you working with high profile and a diverse client group so excellent experience in stakeholder management is essential.
To be successful in this role you will have worked ideally in a matrix organisation similar to a regulator or not for profit organisation at business partner level. You will have worked with either a contracted or volunteer client group and have a strong understanding of the differences this would entail from a UK legislation prospective. You will be able to demonstrate excellent project skills, communication and stakeholder management capability. A CIPD would be desirable or equivalent in HR experience.
