A small London based Financial Services organisation is recruiting an HR Business Partner to start immediately initially on a 6 month fixed term basis.

This role will work closely with the Head of HR to support on BAU activities as well as other HR projects.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Manage cyclical HR activities such and pay and benefit reviews
  • Deliver training to managers
  • Lead on Diversity & Inclusion
  • Manage recruitment
  • Manager employee relations cases
  • Manage the outsourced payroll provider
  • Work with the HR System
  • Manage SMCR
  • Manage onboarding & offboarding, including contract generation
  • Manage sickness absence reporting
  • Other BAU activities and HR Projects

Desirable Skills and Experiences:

  • Experience working in financial services and SMCR
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
  • Experience managing Employee relations cases and strong UK employment law knowledge
  • Experience working in a full HR generalist position
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Can start immediately (maximum 1 week notice period)

This is an immediate start position based in London. This is a full time role that provides hybrid working with a requirement to be in the office 3 days per week. The successful candidate must have previous experience working in financial services.
