My client, an offshore law firm, are looking to expand their team and are hiring an HR Business Partner to join them in the Channel Islands. Reporting into a Senior HRBP, this role will look after a population consisting of both fee-earners and business services.
HR have a great reputation within the firm and partners regularly seek advice from the team, so this person needs to be a natural communicator and relationship builder.
Your responsibilities will include:
- First point of contact for your population's employee relations;
- Identifying recruitment needs and participating in interviews when needed;
- Providing advice on engagement and retention;
- Supporting managers on bonus and salary reviews.
To be considered for the role, you must be of graduate calibre and must have experience of a professional services environment. This person also requires strong employment law knowledge and commercial acumen.
