I am delighted to be working on a newly created role for an HR Business Partner to join a well-known Professional Services firm in Bristol.

This is an exciting time to be joining this business as they are in the middle of their 5 year strategic plan with huge aspirations for growth and development. This role will align themselves to a specific business unit supporting a headcount of circa 130 people delivering all HR operational and strategic support.

As the HR Business Partner, you will report into the Head of Business Partnering, and will work closely with the wider HR Business Partners to support the successful implementation of team plans and group strategy.

You will provide all advice and guidance as well as identifying opportunities and areas for improvement to drive forward organisational and people performance, increasing productivity and overall results.
Working closely with the Head of Business Partnering you will contribute and deliver HR initiatives around talent development, talent mapping, succession planning, employee engagement, leadership development and organisational change.

A key focus for this role will be to guide and coach managers on employee relation case work in line with company policies and best practice, this will include performance management, absence management, disciplinary and grievance. Within this role you will also be expected to monitor and analyse people metrics and trends to allow commercial decision making and drive continuous improvement. You will also play a key role in various HR projects as and when required.

To be considered for this role my client is looking for a proven work history of operating as an HR Business Partner ideally within a partnership led business. You will demonstrate your ability across the generalist remit with expertise within Employee Relations, Performance Management, Succession Planning and Organisational change. You will have excellent stakeholder relationship skills along with the ability to engage and influence at all levels. Your commercial thinking and ability to deliver pragmatic people solutions will be of real interest to my client. You will be a pro active team player who likes to work collaboratively and contribute to key activities and project work.
