The Business Partner role reports into the UK and Europe HRD with a dotted line into the Group HRD, providing an exciting opportunity to undertake a dual role. The first part of the role will be partnering with the line managers and employees based in the London site, which is made up of a varied client base. The second part of the role will be partnering with the Group Function Executive Team where you will act as their single point of HR contact. You will then share key messages and strategies with regional HR teams across the globe. The role has one direct report and works closely alongside another Business Partner.
The role would suit a strong relationship builder with a commercial focus, who enjoys balancing both strategic and operational objectives. We are looking for a HR professional who is experienced in partnering with both Head Office and business units, in a matrix multinational organisation, who thrives in a fast paced environment with lots of variety.
