HR Business Partner (12 Month FTC)
Frazer Jones are partnering with a well-regarded Law Firm based in London, to secure an HR BP to cover a period of maternity.
This 12 Month FTC will start in May allowing for a 2-3 week handover with the current incumbent.
This role requires an experienced HR generalist to partner several client groups within a Fee-Earning business unit, as part of the wider team of HR Business Partners and HR Advisors. The role will work closely with the business as a strategic partner and people professional, developing and deploying effective people solutions, ensuring that the HR value proposition and supporting capabilities are tailored to the needs of the Firm.
Working across a broad population this role is a blend of both generalist and project driven activities, driving the people strategy into a population of about 100 individuals. Working alongside another HRBP you will support across all ER matters, Change and Transformation, people management and the full employee life cycle.
Other ad hoc duties include; Keeping up to date with all developments in terms of employee legislation and employee relations issues, liaising with the Head of People to ensure the wider People team have up-to-date legal knowledge and information around latest thinking in the profession / legal market place, support and advocate the Firm’s DEI strategy and initiatives, provide advice and suggestions for HR policies as appropriate, to ensure legal and SRA compliance and market developments.
The successful candidate will be an experienced generalist HR professional, ideally with experience in the legal sector or a professional services environment. You will have experience in delivering high quality HR support to a sophisticated client base, dealing with senior stakeholders and forging strong relationships at every level.
