HR Business Partner (12 months)
A leading financial services company based in London is looking for an HR Business Partner to cover a period of maternity.
This is a 12 month contract role, requiring a French speaker, starting in February 2019.
Supporting the Lead HRBP within the investments team and working with line managers and client groups within the Asset Management business, you will deliver an end to end advisory and execution HR service. Responsible for the delivery of day to day administrative support to staff, this role will focus on providing a seamless service to line managers in delivering core HR process, including but not limited to: Resourcing and Talent Management, Performance Appraisal, Reward, Employee Relations, and Change Management.
The role will support the Lead HR Business Partner in delivering high quality advice and support to leaders and managers based in the EMEA region but within a functional business model.
This is an exciting role in a fast paced dynamic environment. In addition to the standard duties listed you will also be asked to assist the Lead HR Business Partner in supporting Managers in leading teams through periods of transformation and organisation change. Project coverage would be preferred across the wider HR agenda, collaborating across teams as required.
The ideal candidate will have extensive financial services experience and be familiar with financial industry regulation and compliance concepts. Thorough employment law knowledge and employee relations coverage is also key to being successful in this role.
