This leading professional services firm based in the City is looking for a HRBP to join the business. Supporting a Senior HR Business Partner this is the perfect role for a HR professional already operating at HRBP level looking for a move into a larger, matrix organisation. A broad role that will see you involved in a range of activities, taking the lead with performance projects and working as part of a wider commercial HR team.
Working with key stakeholders you will ensure that the people agenda is at the forefront of mind and you will indeed help in implementing local and national people strategy. With focus on talent management, workforce planning, succession planning, engagement and performance you will lead and support people through change programmes.
Partnering with various centres of excellence across the firm you will help to shape and influence overall priorities and specific interventions.
The business is looking for candidates who are CIPD qualified, already operating at HRBP level. You will have experience of delivering change projects and have the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders to bring around change.
You will come from a professional services, partnership environment, with proven generalist HR experience.
