Our team are working exclusively on an HR Business Partner role with a growing consulting firm who have recently won awards for their project management specialism. The firm are looking to hire a new HR Business Partner, who will be reporting into an experienced HR Director; someone who will stretch and challenge you and allow you autonomy of the operational function.
This a generalist role in its truest sense and will manage all operational aspects including: performance management, benefits, salary and bonus review, employee relations, workforce planning and HR policies.
The firm will look to this person for guidance and be the real 'go-to' for any queries so possessing an approachable and willing personality is key! There is also a great opportunity to build on management skills as the team has support from 2 administrators.
The culture of this firm is incredibly fast-paced and requires a degree of flexibility in its employees; this does mean decisions can be made quickly and you can make things happen! The firm are also pasisonate about hiring humans(!) and the overarching feedback from their clients is how great their people are.
Managing all UK HR operations for a business of this nature does mean an appreciation for a dispersed employee population would be helpful. Most consultants are regularly on client site so experience of a consulting or other fee-earning population is going to help you succeed.
The salary banding for this role is £50,000 to £60,000 depending on the experience you bring to the role. As well as a discretionary bonus, you will also be eligible for family health cover, competitive pension plan, life assurance and wider health benefits.
