HR Business Partner

Frazer Jones are proudly partnering with an international organisation on their search for an HR Business Partner. They’re seeking an experienced HR professional to support the delivery of a comprehensive People Strategy for a growing UK-based team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to key HR initiatives while gaining exposure to global HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Generalist: Partnering with senior stakeholders on strategic planning and Talent management.
  • Learning & Development: Deliver and track L&D initiatives aligned with the 2025 plan, ensuring mandatory training is completed on time.
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Lead DE&I initiatives, analyse HR processes, and drive the implementation of a DE&I action plan.
  • Employee Wellbeing: Implement the Employee Wellbeing Plan, lead wellbeing ambassador groups, and deliver initiatives to enhance employee wellbeing.
  • Employee Engagement: Support global engagement survey action plans, collaborate with internal communications, and embed company values through targeted initiatives.
  • UK HR Operations: Manage the HR lifecycle for 60 UK-based employees, ensuring smooth coordination with the UK HR team and shared services.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Solid experience in UK HR operations, including managing the employee lifecycle.
  • Strong project management skills and a proactive approach to driving HR initiatives.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and cultures.
  • A high degree of organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
