My client is the UK's leading children's charity, unique and impactful their research and support change the lives of children and carers across the UK. They are looking for a HR Business Partner to join their HR Team.
As HR business Partner you will be a crucial link between the HR team and wider charity delivering key HR initiatives and supporting the roll out of the new business objectives and HR agenda. This role will see you supporting the senior leadership team with all HR matters across organisational change, upskilling and performance management. You will take a strategic approach to delivering the HR agenda across your client group taking the time to understand their individual needs and how HR can support.
This role is suited to an experienced senior HR professional with a strong generalist background including a significant level of employee relations practise. As a fast-paced organisation, the role requires a high level of HR policy and practice expertise, policy and procedure development, performance management and general service responsiveness. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to use sound judgement, effective analysis of data, management reporting, and the building of effective relationships.
To be successful in this role you will have worked in a HR Business Partner capacity for a minimum of 2 years and have worked in a commercial environment. You will be an excellent role model, able to work with a diverse client group from multiple backgrounds. You will have the ability to work both operational and strategically taking things at a fast pace but with consideration to a changing and developing organisation. You will be creative and happy to muck in with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders. You will be a passionate, yet resilient HR Professional used to work with stakeholders up to Executive Director level.
