Our candidate, a high growth media agency group is hiring for an HR Business Partner to support one of their dynamic brands. The HR Business Partner will work closely with leadership across the UK business to roll out strategic people initiatives and support on a wide area of HR issues.
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for leading on change initiatives for the brand and working with stakeholders to implement people strategy, drive capability assessments and learning needs analysis, performance management, oversee complex employee relations cases, talent mapping, educating on reward programmes and managing employee engagement.
