Are you a creative & passionate HR professional looking to join a successful global business who are continuing to achieve record levels of growth?
Reporting to an inspiring & highly regarded Head of Talent, you will join a small, collaborative team who are achieving their vision of being known as an innovative, award-winning People & Culture function and Firm.
Based in Sydney, you will provide HR Generalist support & advice, to around 140 employees nationally. With the support of a HR Advisor, HR Administrator and Talent Acquisition Manager, you will provide coaching & advice to managers in relation to all people matters and support the HR calendar of events and employee life cycle.
Working closely with the Head of Talent, you will also develop HR initiatives and programs to drive employee experience and help attract, retain and reward high performance.
As the successful candidate, you will have prior experience in a Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner role, working across the entire employee life cycle, with sound legislative & ER knowledge & experience.
