My client is a global Investment Bank/NGO who are seeking an HRBP to join their business on a 12 month FTC. If you enjoy both a hands on operational BP position, but also seek to get involved with setting some strategic agendas and working on broader change projects this could be a great fit. As a business my client is extremely matrixed, spreading across 60 countries so a background operating alongside Centres of Excellence is integral.

Headquartered in central London (the city) there are constant challenges with employee engagement and complex stakeholders. The challenge of this role is somebody who can handle a population which predominantly sits in the UK but also pick up on small global pockets for the Business Unit.
As a true generalist role this will be handling performance management, talent management, employee engagement and broader elements of the talent agenda. There will also be day to day interaction with the Centres of Excellence and probable ownership of multiple project workstreams across this business unit and beyond.
