This job is for a true HR Business Partner, someone who has been strongly aligned to a marketing client group and can influence senior leaders who competing agendas by understanding the marketing client group, terminology and challenges that a global marketing function faces.
The main issues that come up here are around attracting and retaining top talent, succession planning, picking up and working through some legacy ER issues. The HR Business Partner must network well with the HR community, the senior leadership team to drive forward the people plan and deliver a first class service and level of expertise.
The client group is global, but you'd be based in West London most of the time. You must have sound knowledge of the Irish market and employment law.
