About the Company
Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a global retail business that operates in the luxury space. Reporting to the Head of HR based in Sydney, this is a broad generalist role supporting an established and growing region.
About the Role
Supporting c300 people across ANZ covering the full employee lifecycle, you will be a business partner and HR specialist providing expert advice across all areas of HR. The main responsibilities include:
- Provide coaching and advice to the business especially around performance and development.
- Consulting and provide expert advice on employee relations, investigations and dispute resolution
- Advising on HR policies, procedures and compliance
- Managing recruitment processes end to end including interviews and issuing contracts
- Providing reports and insights on key metrics such as recruitment, payroll, training etc.
- Supporting and managing global mobility and expat hires
- Assist with preparing and reviewing budgets
- Maintaining HR records
- Managing employee benefits
About You
This is a great opportunity for a confident and commercial HR Business Partner who has proven generalist HR experience preferably in retail, hospitality or a related industry where the employees are customer facing. The ideal candidate will have:
- In depth Australian employment law + ER knowledge and experience
- Proven experience influencing stakeholders and building effective relationships.
- Ability to problem solve and drive business outcomes
- Knowledge/previous experience of payroll in Australia and NZ will be highly beneficial.
This is a permanent role paying $130,000 – $140,000 + Super + 10% bonus. Starting ASAP and based in Sydney. Please note there is no hybrid working and they attend the office 5 days a week in Sydney CBD.
