The HR business partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in functions. The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues. The HRBP also acts as an employee champion and change agent. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. Communicating needs proactively with our HR department and business management, the HRBP seeks to develop integrated solutions. This position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
Your main responsibilities will be to implement and support HR programs, processes and initiatives. Lead activities to maintaining a healthy and productive work environment. Work on ad hoc initiatives and projects as required. Support and work closely with managers and employees.
You're a team player, who adapts quickly in a fast paced environment. You will earn the respect of the managers in the organisation quickly because you're a presence in the team, confident in your generalist HR experience and stokehold management skills. You have project management skills and are used to working in an international environment.
Your English writing and speaking skills are on business level, knowledge of the Dutch language is a big plus.
The role is for 40 hours on temp base, in Utrecht for a period of 6 months. Salary is between 3400 and 4700 depending on the level of experience that you bring to the team.
