My client, a retail and e-commerce brand are looking to hire a HR Business Partner on a 12 month contract.
This is a true business partnering role where you will be involved in; ER, stakeholder management, employee engagement, change management and succession planning. You will be delivering the HR strategy and objectives through coaching, supporting and challenging your business unit. You will be partnering with managers to help resolve employee relations issues such as investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and flexible working requests. You will be tasked to promote a culture of high performance ensuring managers are addressing performance in line with company policies.
The ideal candidate will have experience in pay and reward too as you will support the development of the reward strategy. You will be reviewing any promotions within the business to ensure they are aligned to the market rate. You will also be heavily involved in gender pay gap reporting working with the Reward Manager to identify trends.

You must have a strong background working at a business partnering level and will ideally be on a short notice period. The ideal candidate will have a strong ER background and be used to working in a fast paced environment.
