Reporting into a Head of HR you will be supporting key senior stakeholders in the business, whose business units are going through significant transformation.
This role will give you brilliant insight and access to senior leaders. This is a truly unique role that will require strong capability across Organisational Development, including OD and Change Management. You will need excellent stakeholder management skills, influence and gravitas.
In order to be successful in this role you will have previously worked in a complex matrix environment and will have a proven track record working with senior stakeholders. You will be confident, resilient and ambitious and will be looking to progress in the business.
Ideally you will have OD/operating model experience, but if not, you will be able to demonstrate you've worked in a changing environment in a complex business.

Salary - £40-55,000 depending on experience + car allowance + bonus + benefits
