I am working exclusively on an HR Business Partner role with a fast-growing consulting firm who have won countless awards for their specialisms and their people functions. The firm are looking to hire a brand new HR Business Partner, who will be reporting into an experienced HR Director; someone who will stretch and challenge you and allow you autonomy of your area.
This a generalist role and will encompass an attractive mix of projects, strategy and operations. The wider team are well-established and consist of recruitment, L&D and reward specialists, allowing the core HR team to provide a true business partnering service.
The firm are looking for an approachable individual who can continue the excellent work the existing team have done in establishing a truly valued HR team. The firm put huge emphasis on their people and hire collaborative team members. The culture of this firm is incredibly fast-paced and requires a degree of flexibility in its employees.
You will ideally have experience of a corporate environment and be able to evidence your existing business partnering skills.
The salary banding for this role is £60,000 to £65,000 depending on the experience you bring to the role. As well as a performance related bonus, you will also be eligible for health cover, competitive pension plan, life assurance and wider health benefits.
