We are seeking a self-motivated HR Business Partner to join their collaborative and supportive HR team in Sydney. Reporting to a strong HR leader, you will provide hands-on operational support to a professional client group whilst actively contributing to strategic HR projects as a team.
With the opportunity to really own your senior stakeholder relationships within your assigned client groups this role would suit an experienced HR Business Partner from either a professional services or corporate background.
- Solid HR Generalist background
- Proven background in supporting and enabling organisational and cultural change
- A collaborative and commercial, outcome focussed mind set
- Ability to deliver full generalist HR support and communicate effectively with industry leaders and their respective teams
