The job is to truly business partner your business areas though building great relationships with your heads of department and working with them to make the HR strategy you are rolling out fit for their commercial purpose. You will have all the tools required to support you from centralised subject matter experts and admin to Advisors on site and you'll report into the site HR Director.
Other than the cyclical HR duties, your job will focus on some key areas for continuous improvement - talent management, succession planning and development as well as cultivating a team culture and a highly engaged workforce.
To apply you must have operated in a large and complex business as a HR Business partner and be able to demonstrate having delivered some high value project delivery.
Based in Bedfordshire near Milton Keynes and Bedford. Up to £65K salary plus 15% bonus and great benefits.
