This highly reputable employer in Bath is recruiting for an HR Business Partner to support their HR function on a fixed term contract until August 2020. The role of the HR Business Partner is a highly commercial and consultative role which partners with various client groups throughout the organisation. Its focused on strategic HR, providing support and resources whilst building effective relationships. The HR Business Partner is a key member of the senior leadership team which holds responsibility for organisational strategy, management and results.
The role comes with a broad range of responsibility, you will understand and contribute to the planning and leadership of the organisation giving you accountability and autonomy to deliver in the role. You will create, consult and implement innovative HR solutions resulting in a high performance culture and professional partnership with your client groups.
Working closely with your business leaders you will identify and develop managerial & leadership capability resulting in effective people management. You will advise and support managers in any change management activities, resourcing and work force planning as well as changes to policies and procedures. This role also comes with line management responsibility of an HR Advisor.
Your extensive background of operating as an HR Business Partner will be a major benefit to my client. You will demonstrate a track record of commercial results, building strong positive and collaborative relationships with senior business leaders. You will have experience of delivering change projects, employee relations and work force development as well as achieving results in an HR Business Partner role.
My client is looking for someone who is able to communicate sensitive and complex issues, can work autonomously, pro-actively and be resilient to lead change and improvement. You will be effective at coaching and mentoring with the ability to engage and influence across all levels of people.
