I have recently partnered with an world-renowned real estate firm who are in the market to hire a newly created HR Business Partner. This role provides an opportunity to deliver excellent HR support from an operational standpoint, but also to truly business partner with your assigned population. This population are spread across a number of their national offices so travel is encouraged when appropriate.
Reporting directly into the HR Director, and with support from an extremely capable HR team, you will be advising and coaching stakeholders on performance cycles, the induction process, reward structures and any employee relation issues that arise. You will also have the opportunity to involve yourself in projects.

As the role is newly-created, you will also be stepping into an environment who are delighted to have their own dedicated HR resource.
Your experience of previously working as a business partner will be a major benefit to my client and knowledge of life within professional services will give you a great head start. It would also be desirable if you can evidence your ability to manage stakeholders who are spread across a number of offices, although this is not a pre-requisite.
