Our client is highly regarded organisation within the manufacturing and engineering sector. They have been growing quickly in the last few years and are now looking to hire a bright, hands on HR business partner based in Zurich to cover a European role for one of their business units.
You will be working closely with the Manager HR Business Partnering ensuring that managers and staff receive seamless, high quality, value added HR services that support business operations.
The role will also be responsible for the implementation of the organization's new strategy and advises senior managers on all employee-related matters such as employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, resourcing and compensation. You will be a key liaison for Senior/Managers and consult with them on a range of HR matters. You will provide hands on operational support and be a key point of contact.
You will demonstrate a mastery of human resources, organizational development and change management theories, methods and best practices and possess relevant and progressive HRBP experience. You will have experience of HR processes, across various European countries.
