One of the top financial services firms globally with an international network that offers a range of financial services are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner to join their London HR team. As the HR Business Partner you will lead the HR support for one of its business areas where you will provide the highest level of business partnering support helping to ensure the business achieves its strategic priorities.
As the HR Business Partner you will work as part of a wider HR Business Partnering team where you will support with the strategic development of the business and help the business achieve its objectives by providing expertise across Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Employee Relations and Performance Management. As well providing expertise across HR you will also challenge and influence your clients helping to ensure the right people outcomes are achieved as well as helping to develop a high-performance culture.
To be successful within this role you will need significant HR Business Partnering experience ideally across the Investment Banking or Financial Services industry. You will be an expert across all aspects of HR and be able to demonstrate delivering on robust and commercial HR solutions across a large complex business.
