My client an Iconic establishment with historic roots working both globally and locally are looking for a HRBP to join their team.

As HR Business Partner you will provide the highest quality HR and Recruitment support to senior stakeholders across the organisation. Covering the full scope of HR including employee engagement, project work and leading on the recruitment lifecycle. You will work with a HR team of 8 and supported by two Recruitment Business Partners you will have the opportunity to work on HR workstreams with an emphasis on the recruitment strategy for the organisation.

A role with autonomy you will have the opportunity to support on the full employee Lifecyle including employee relations, performance management, workforce planning and change management. Providing business focused solutions to continue to drive high performance across the organisation. Within this role you will be the recruitment lead, working with the two Recruitment business partners you will work to identify the most effective route to market for talent and build compelling campaigns to attract the best people. Working closely with the Deputy Director, HR Services you will engage and deliver on strategic strategies to ensure all processes are in place to attract an, recruit and retain a diverse and skilled workforce.

As part of the wider HR team you work with colleagues to deliver a first in class HR support that represents the organisations values and behaviors. To be successful in this role you will have worked as a HR generalist who is a subject matter specialist in recruitment. You will have lead recruitment campaigns across complex organisations c.500 employees. You will be able to demonstrate your capability to manage relationships with your stakeholders and the Recruitment BP's to ensure use of digital platforms, agile recruiting and talent attraction methods. Whilst this role has a emphases on recruitment you will have good knowledge of UK employment law and the ability to pick up employee relations cases when needed and will have experience supporting the full employee lifecycle.
