An Australian powerhouse within the Banking industry is looking for a HR Business Partner to work in an interesting and diverse role for 6 months.
Due to internal secondments, the successful applicant will have a unique opportunity to support two different client groups over the course of this 6 month contract. This is a true HRBP role where you will be supported by Centres of Excellent and Shared Services and as such the focus will be on having strong relationship management skills and the ability to influence at a senior level within banking and finance.
You will drive the BAU aspects of the HR life-cycle within your portfolios (complex Remunerations Reviews, Performance Management, Talent Management etc) closely supporting your key stakeholders while also taking accountability for a diverse range of HR activities and driving strategic outcomes.
You will have a strongly commercial mindset and will be confident navigating through a large, complex global organisation where no two days are the same.
This role would suit a confident and credible HR Business Partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and who has come from a Financial Services background. This is initially a 6 month contract with potential to extend.
You will have a degree level qualification or other relevant tertiary/professional qualification and will have strong analytical skills.
