I am delighted to be working with a luxury, award winning hospitality/retail business based in London on their search for a HR Business Partner.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with great employee relations skills to get exposed to all aspects of the business from performance, talent and change in an informal and family feel business.
In this role you will support a multi-site population, so will need to have strong stakeholder management experience and be able to manage your time effectively.
Working in a small HR team of 4, you will have line management responsibility for 1 employee. As the HRBP you will play a key role in shaping the way they look after their people and deliver their people strategy. This is a varied role, with responsibility for complex ER cases, management training, line management, culture & engagement initiatives and project work.
The team is close knit and the business has a family feel. They are looking for a dynamic, approachable HR Advisor/Senior HR Advisor who is looking to step up into a HRBP role. You will have strong stakeholder management experience and will enjoy having the autonomy and freedom to shape your role.
Salary - £35-45,000 + benefits including discount
