Support a client group of up to 400 people for a global financial services business.

Based in the London office, the successful candidate will work as part of the regional and global HR team to deliver strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leaders across the client group to support on all HR matters
  • Deliver the people agenda that is aligned to the purpose of the client group
  • Strategise on people change initiatives
  • Promote company values, vision and culture across the client group
  • Support the full employee life-cycle
  • Partner with the wider HR team on the remuneration review cycle
  • Coach leaders through employee relations matters

Desired skills and experience:

  • Experience working in a large matrix organisation, ideally within financial services
  • Experience partnering closely with senior leaders
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Confident in analysing and using data to support decisions
  • Knowledge of UK employment law
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and also autonomously
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Confident to sit on the senior leadership team meetings

This is a 13 Month Fixed Term Contract. The successful candidate will be able to start before January.
