A global fast-moving consumer goods brand are currently undergoing significant change management, consisting of new and innovative product solutions, post-acquisition of a traditional well-known competitor. With that, HR is at the top of the agenda. They are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to drive the people strategy and independently provide insight into process and systems change. This role will give the person accountability and freedom of expression to develop their own way of doing things.
Organisational Development - given recent acquisitions, the HR function will be defining new people strategy and growth plans.
HR transformation - develop your own innovative processes and systems, in alignment with the support the global COE of the business.
HR Excellence - deliver high quality HR services to a client group of 700.
The company are seeking an individual with a strong HR transformation background, who could have a real influence in the functionality of the company.
Ideally coming from an FMCG background, you will be able to provide industry insight and have experience working with both a blue and white collar workforce.
This opportunity will give the chosen candidate an exciting development opportunity within a general developing and flat hierarchy.
£65,000 to £75,000 + car allowance + Up to 30% bonus
