HR Business Partner, London, Retail Sector, c.£100k + car, bonus and benefits package.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading well known Retail organisation, based in their London office, this organisation has international exposure and is going from strength to strength at present.

The role includes a strong benefits package, Salary c.£100k (potentially more) depending on experience along with car allowance, bonus, as well as medical cover and other benefits you would expect from a large organisation.

Role:

As HR Business Partner you will be working in a team of 3 within this specific division of the business. This role will naturally take the lead within the team although will have no management responsibility and will be a fairly stand alone role in respect of duties.

You will business Partner the Director and the leadership team and support them with defining their strategy for the function

Provide critical advice and guidance on change programmes and policy including job evaluation and performance management you will also be data savvy and be able to drive the business performance utilising analytics to monitor market trends and how that aligns with future talent.

You will evaluate HR solutions, work with the Project Change team to make a difference where required and perform a lead role in the culture, organisation and design.

This full generalist role will also include engaging with the current employees and to be accountable for the delivery of recruitment and training for this specific business area.

Experience:

HR Business Partner background ideally from either Retail, FMCG or a similar fast paced industry

A strong broad HR knowledge, ER, change management, talent succession and organisational design exposure required

You will have strong commercial experience and be able to deliver pragmatic solutions at pace, think strategically and have had experience to business planning as well as P&L delivery

Ability to juggle demands, work analytically with data and be able to think strategically
