Are you an HR Business Partner with experience working in large scale and matrixed environments? If so I could have an excellent opportunity, as my client is a globally recognised financial services brand with a large HR division, needing an HRBP to join for a 12 month FTC. Working alongside established centres of excellence (CoE's) the role will handle a combination of strategic and operational HR work across EMEA.
With Brexit on the horizon and a changing landscape the HRBP's are frontline positions, driving the relationships with the internal stakeholders and managing the day to day HR service offering. This will include BAU work as well as a variety of projects across change management, OD, performance and EMEA talent initiatives. You will need to have worked as part of a larger team and be used to handling a collection of complex stakeholders.
This is a 12 month FTC so either someone on a short notice period or immediately available is ideal. Whilst these are standalone roles the team all collaborate so somebody who likes to work as part of a team and share ideas.
